Full description
This pendant is about 80mm long and made with 10mm laboratory borosilicate glass tubing which I have formed into this fun spike shape, with a loop at one end formed also out of glass. It is sealed at both ends.
Around the outside I have melted on a snaking spiral of art glass which has lovely tones of dark topaz to brown-red with parts turned to purples and milky blues for added interest.
With this is a good quality leather 19inch necklace finished with 925 silver lobster clasp and crimped ends - if you would like i adjusted to another size please specify the length and I will make a cord to whatever size you wish (up to 30inches).
The glass has been annealed in a digitally controlled kiln to improve strength, but this is glass so will break if abused! This has been made entirely by lampworking in a propane/oxygen flame by myself. I am a registered SRA (Self representing artist)
