Lynwoodcrafts' embroidered and felted wild flower designs have proved very popular. The design has been used to decorate a number of items, each individually hand-stitched and unique in composition.

A very pretty cottage garden border decorates this bookmark.
Sky blue wool fibers have been felted to a background of kunin felt (produced from recycled plastic bottles. Textured, hand-dyed wool tops, some of them with lovely curls, have been felted in clumps to represent the planting. Stitching in fine cotton has been added to the sky to 'stabilise' the felting. Simple embroidery stitches, in crewel, tapestry and knitting wools, have been used to create more foliage and the pretty flowers. The pincushion is edged in blanket stitch using threads to match the areas of the design.
The bookmark is backed with a second layer of kunin felt. Ribbon tails complete the design.
