The sea life 'Treasures of the Ocean' collection was created out of a desire to make pictures which would be suitable for children and adults alike, which were different from the mass produced items widely available elsewhere.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This blank birthday card is of Anemones and is taken from one of Heidi Meier's original embroidered fabric pictures.
They are blank for you to write your own message or to pop into a frame. The cards are printed on high quality 350gsm Silk Card and are A6 size. Complete with white envelopes.
They are useful for a variety of purposes: birthday, first birthday, new baby, Christening, Naming Ceremony, thank you, invitation, new home, notelets etc.
Each card is cello wrapped for protection and comes complete of course with white envelope.
You can also frame yourself for mini versions of the original embroideries!
The card will be sent via royal mail and a certificate of posting will be obtained. Any issues with non-receipt will need to be raised with the Post Office. Items in excess of £5 will always be sent via recorded delivery for no additional postage charge.
