Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A full bright red rose in a heart, entirely handmade by me to own design and I am really pleased with it.
This is a simple red, full flowering rose made using several different shades and textures of red glass including some iridescent for extra shine. It has green leaves and is surrounded, in a heart shape, with prettily textured clear glass.
Hanging in the window it catches the light, the textured glass sparkles and it would make a lovely ornament for any room.
The suncatcher hangs from a little chain which is securely attached to the top of the ring and is 11cm wide and high.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.
The 5th photo shows the rose heart I sold previously so you can see that though to the same design, each is unique.
I also make hearts containing different flowers and roses enclosed in different shapes. Please see my other listings or contact me if there is another flower or shape you would prefer.
