You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I am sure you will love your purchase but if for any reason you are unhappy with the item please contact me within 7 days of receipt. If the problem cannot be resolved a full refund will be given, unfortunately I will be unable to refund postage. Items must be returned to me in pristine condition within 7 days of a refund being given.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This bag is made from an up cycled pair of jeans with two patch pockets. The inside is lined with a green paisley acetate fabric with a secure zipped pocket. A magnetic clip ensures the bag will fasten securely. All my bags are lined with a substantial interfacing to give structure and form.

All my work is created in a clean smoke and pet free environment.
Every effort is taken to ensure accurate colour, however slight variations in computer monitors may give a different hue.

All items are shipped within 2 working days of receipt of payment unless they are customized or bespoke. Postage is signed for only.
I will consider posting outside of the UK e mail first with your location to find out delivery charges.
