I have made blue-tits for several years now - they are my favourite of our regular garden visitors! I love their fearlessness and how their bold colours make them readily visible depsite the fact they are so very tiny!

My favourite of our British garden birds -the diminutive but busy and chatty little blue-tit!
This cute little bird measures just 3" from the tip of his beak to the end of his plump tail and stands at just under 3.5" tall. He is made from denim with felt and stitch detailing. Like all my birds he is firmly filled with polyester toy filling and is made to confidently free-stand on legs formed from re-purposed copper wire.
With a sky-blue cap and ivory wool felt head both edged in the familiar black outlines of this regular garden visitor he also boasts a sunny yellow breast and peeks up at you through bright black beady eyes.
