I make my felt by hand using the finest hand dyed merino and silk fibres. I also use hand dyed fibres from the Orkney Isles for my cottage roofs and mossy stones.

This abstract felt picture came from inspiration gathered along the shore lines of Scotland and Ireland and the Islands off the West Coast. I love to wander along the beach gathering drift wood, stones and shells and taking photos of all the amazing textures and colours that can be found in nature.
Made using wet felt and needle felt techniques as well as shibori and a little bit of hand stitch. Includes natural dyed fibres from Orkney and The Isle of Skye.
Piece measures 12x12cm and comes complete with mount and frame. Frame is a white box frame measuring 23x23cm and comes with a small hook for hanging on the wall.
