You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I work hard to ensure that my customers are satisfice, therefore it is important that you are happy with my work and the service I provide. I always accurately describe my work, provide plenty of photos and I am more than happy to provide additional photos and answer any questions prior to purchase. My art is described accurately with color combinations stated in most listings, photographs are as accurate as possible. Variations are possible and colors vary from one computer monitor to another which makes it almost impossible for the painting to look the same on every computer. In return, I ask that you are quite sure you want an item before purchasing it and contact me first with any questions you might have - including asking for any additional photographs/close-ups of specific details. If an item arrives with you that has been damaged in transit, please contact me immediately the same day as receiving the painting. Photos of the damage to the packiging and the art piece would be appreciated as it would help my claim to the courier/shipping company. I will provide a full refund or replacement and I will make a claim with the shipping company myself. If you have changed your mind, please let me know as soon as possible & I will do my best to cancel the order and refund your money before it is shipped. Where an order has already shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of return-shipping and ensuring the item arrives back with me safely in the same condition I sent it to you. Any refunds in this instance will be for the price of the item. Unfortunately I cannot refund the cost of shipping where you have changed your mind as I cannot get a refund of this cost myself. Refunds are not available on custom items (unless they are damaged in transit) although I will work with you whilst creating the item, sending photos at various stages to ensure the item meets the brief before sending it to you Please note: Returns must be sent out with tracking/delivery confirmation within 3 business days of customer receipt, no refunds will be given if the item is returned after this period. A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s). The art needs to be in the original box and condition is was sent in. All reproduction rights and copyrights remain with the artist in all cases. Pieces may not be duplicated without my written consent.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
