You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

For sale this beautiful pair of hand crafted, red and green holly earrings, finished with gold plated findings.
Made specifically for Christmas I have used gold plated findings with red glass crystal beads and quality acrylic (lucite) leaves to resemble Christmas holly.
The ear-wires and other metal parts are low nickel/nickel free as per EU regulations for jewellery, and all findings have been sourced from respected UK & US suppliers.
Approx 4cm long from the hook in the ear-wires, and 2.5 cm at the widest part when hanging
Supplied in a presentation box, they are ideal to give as a gift or as a present to yourself.
My hand crafted range of beaded charms and jewellery are colourful and fun, featuring funky beads and cool metallic charms. The jewellery and charms are a good weight and in the sun they glitter and swing with your movements, making them both eye catching and glitzy!
A beaded gift from Ruby’s Charms makes an excellent present for any occasion, as they are individually handmade – no two are the same and all are made by me, no machinery involved!
Please remember that my charms and jewellery are not toys and contain small parts which present a choking hazard, so please keep out of the way of pets and small children.
