Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within 2 days after payment of the item, provided the item has not been sent. Lost/Faulty items can be returned within 1 month of payment being made & a refund will be made for the item cost. Postage will not be refunded.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This design is hand painted with a skeleton hand design on boxers for men, choose from black or white when ordering.
Sizes available are S, M, L, XL, XXL
All are items are made from scratch, so please be aware that whatever you order may take a day or two longer than expected to arrive. We do our utmost to get items out within 3-5 days of receiving an order & all our items are sent within the UK via 1st Class Registered post. (Europe/Worldwide is sent using standard airmail)
