A very pretty Autumnal Rainbow Toned wide ribbed knitted scarf, perfect for either a lady or a flamboyant gent!
The Autumnal rainbow toned yarn for this crocheted scarf is a Denys Brunton designer yarn and is wonderfully soft and is perfect shade for those who love darker rainbow tones, but with a hint of added interest in the integral coloured tones.
This lovely scarf is washable with care in cool water, but I would suggest hand washing and shaping whilst damp.
The scarf is in a classic style. Knitted on a medium needles to give a loose stitch, in an alternating wide rib design, allowing the scarf to gather and therefore give a soft and thick feel the the scarf, without the weight of a heavy thick yarn. There are no seams or joins in the scarf.
I have not further adorned it with floral or patterned decoration, as the yarn is beautiful and need no further enhancement and also want to ensure this could be a unisex item.
I thoroughly enjoy creating useful and unusual items with yarn. Knitting and crochet are so relaxing! This lovely autumnal rainbow toned scarf will go with so many outfits, perfect for the autumn and winter seasons and any one who loves unique and bespoke items.
