Full description
This is made to order from bright peacock blue silk dupion.
I have covered a 10cm round fascinator base and added a royal blue veil and floral lined bow.
Fastens with a thin hat elastic and clear comb.
Originally this was made to be a good match for a client's dress, as seen in the last photo.
You can purchase the hat as it is, or request a different colourway, depending on availability of fabrics. See my other listings, I also have Sapphire blue silk.
