Stunning large office desk / table / bedside / mantle clock made using race used 1st gear from a Honda F1 racecar.
The perfect clock for petrol heads, mechanics, designers, engineers & geeks! Provides a great talking point too. Ideal unusual gift for the person that has everything.
Measures approx 5" (12.5cm) in diameter x 3/4" (2cm) deep. It's also very heavy as the gear has been machined from a rather large lump of steel.
The design of the clock face is inspired by the gauges from an old E type Jaguar, so it’s quite fitting that it’s now been used in conjunction with another car part!
Supplied in a smart black gift box with a laminated gift / information card that explains what the part is, which F1 its from and which drivers would of used it.
You may be interested to know that part of this nature would of originally cost the F1 team well over £750,000 to design, develop and have manufactured. However due to the speed at which parts are developed and become redundant within F1 I'm offering you the chance to own it for significantly less than that!
I've also used the same part to make a neat desk tidy / paperweight / ashtray; it can be seen in the final photo and viwed in more detail via the listing below.
