Full description
This is a popular style which this time I've knitted in a wool that's new to me. It's a mix of 80% acrylic, 10% wool and 10% mohair. It's also got a lovely brushed effect that makes it seem really luxurious. Here I've added the green mix flower and a coordinating button. The sleeve is supposed to be worn folded back to make it a 3/4 sleeve but as she insisted on wearing it longer than it actually fitted for my daughter wore her's with the sleeve folded down and it looked just as good.
Chest 72cms, length from shoulder 37cms, sleeve length under arm 22cms.
This cardigan is such a flexible item as I know people who use these as a light jacket over a jumper on days when a heavy coat just won't work. They look great over a pretty dress for a party too.
This wool is machine washable up to 30 degrees but isn't suitable for tumble drying but it does I find dry very quickly anyway.
