Well, it's Christmas..... and felt the urge to do something with the cone of bright red wool 'gifted' to me by a friend. And to practice on my newly acquired antique sock machine.
Measuring 60cm long (23.5 inches) there's plenty of room for oranges, sweets, small gifts etc. There's also the additional benefit, if two the same size are purchased, of using these as slouch socks after the presents are opened (toe to heel 25cm/10 inches).
