Full description
This stylish fascinator has a 5 inch circular sinamay base which has then been wired and edged with black and white polka dot cotton binding.
This has been topped with a double bow of sinamay and the center accented with the polka dot fabric.
Designed to fit at the side of the head at a tilted angle, It is fixed to a black metal headband for ease and it can be worn on either side of the head.
