Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
These stars are made to order. They will therefore differ slightly from those in the photographs (though I will try to make them very similar). By ordering, you accept this slight difference as a feature of a hand made item not, by any means, a fault.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A lovely Vintage style Star Decoration - Use these cute vintage ticking ribbon stars to decorate your home. They would make a lovely decoration for a special gift-wrap. You could also use them on souvenir scrapbook pages, crafts and greetings cards.
These stars are hand made from woven ivory and soft pink cotton tape, with a tiny floral design and a dainty pique scalloped edge.
The arms have pointed ends and they are stitched by hand.
The stars are finished with a matching pale pink button, attached with ivory cotton.
A fine satin ribbon, in very pale pink, is stitched to the back of each star, to allow it to hang up.
You can even hang one from the centre button of the other, to make a double-star decoration.
If you don't like the hanging ribbon, you can cut it off, wrap it round the button and tie a little bow.
The star then becomes a bow, for gift wrapping or crafting.
You could even stitch one to a hairband, to finish off a vintage-style outfit.
Listing is for two stars, measuring 4" / 10cm across. Stars are made to order within a couple of days.
