Peg dolls used to be popular in the 50's they were easy craft items to make. Re-creating these dolls with vintage materials may create an interest in a new generation, as collectables .
I thought they might make nice keepsakes for special events such as Weddings, Graduation balls and proms; you supply a small amount of the same fabric and possibly a photo, I will dress the dolly for you.
The dolls could even make nice mementos for Bridesmaids or as a confirmation present.
NB these are not toys they contain small parts which might choke a child.

Miss Rosie is a Hand dressed Peg doll : a wooden clothes peg dressed in Victorian style.Her hair perfectly coiffured in wool.
Her clothes are all hand made in vintage fabrics using reclaimed lace.
She is holding a lace dolly bag.
