Inspired by snippets of what I have, what I have seen and what I remember, Indian textiles, Victorian botanical prints, postcards from before world War 1, a passion fro recycling and reusing fabrics, plus the love of the little things.

Full description
This framed picture has been made of many small elements and fabrics and features vintage postcard scraps, applique and the use of vintage and antique fabrics. Motifs of birds, bees and butterflies with the addition of hand made flowers celebrate my inspirations from nature. I have used recycled buttons, and scraps of Laura Ashley fabric, hand dyed cotton,and even a strap from a silk dress!
It is framed in a white frame. measurements in total are 11 inches x 9 inches (23cm x 27cm)
