Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
A necklace made with a picture of your choice. For example you could have a keepsake photo of your child or a special event, your favourite holiday photo or even a scanned drawing. Any picture that means something special to you can be made into a one-off personalised necklace.
The pendant is made using a crystal clear glass tile, your picture and a decorative fabric backing. The back is also finished using resin for a smooth glass-like shine.
The pendant is supplied hung on your choice of silver plated chain, black ribbon necklace, black velvet necklace or satin necklace (available in blue, red, green and beige). Sterling silver chain and bail also available for £3 extra.
After purchase I will email you and you can send me your photo and choice of necklace. As this is a customised item made especially for you please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
All payments are through paypal but if you wish to pay by another means or wish to collect the item instead of me posting it just message me and we can sort something out.
All UK orders are sent first class post, and all international orders with airmail. If you’d like to upgrade shipping to include insurance let me know and I’ll get a cost to you.
