Liberty Tana Lawn in Caesar is one of my favourite fabrics ever, and it inspired me to create a peacock applique design for my products.

Full description
A beautiful cosmetic purse (medium) , handmade in stunning liberty fabric appliqued onto 100% linen.
Firstly, I sketched my design, then handcut tiny pieces of Liberty tana lawn in pepper for the peacock body, and have used Liberty tana lawn fabric in Caesar to create the peacock fan, which I then appliqued and freehand machine embroidered onto 100% linen in pale blue. The purse is lined with vinyl coated Liberty tana lawn in pepper.
The purse fastens with a teal zip and I have embellished the purse with buttons.
Approximate measurements: 22 cm wide by 14 cm height. 7 cm depth at bottom.
