For the last twenty years, I have been involved in the running of our studio ceramics business with my husband, ceramic artist Tony Laverick. My own background before that was also in the ceramic industry, working in sales and marketing.
I wanted to make some jewellery for myself which was both colourful and comfortable and so, for me, porcelain was the obvious material to use!
Other people liked it and wanted to buy some. This led to a range of jewellery which I now sell in galleries throughout the UK and at retail events throughout Europe. A marriage of my designs and Tony’s technical skill have produced a range of individual jewellery that I hope you really enjoy wearing.
