I have been disabled with a spinal injury since 2011 and whilst in recovery I have been teaching myself knitting and crochet and I found the hooks to be very boring.
I then had an idea to make my own and then people I know have bought some and so it has become a hobby of mine and passes many housebound hours.
Anything I sell then goes into my hydrotherapy fund pot so it helps me keep busy and have exercise and a hydro session on a Thursday evening. So thank you x

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO MY SUPPLIER INCREASING HIS PRICING FOR THE MOST POPULAR SIZES (4MM,4.5MM & 5MM) I HAVE UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO INCREASE THE PRICE FOR THESE THREE SIZES FROM 11 OCTOBER 2012.
These crochet hook handles have been made by me in many different designs and colours and all have the size stamped into the base of the handle.
They are all unique and as such no two will be identical, they are in UK sizes but I have included a conversion chart at the bottom of this information.
They are made from durable clay which is cool to touch in the summer and warm in the winter.
The slightly larger handles are great for people with Arthritis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, shaky hands through illness or medication where holding the hook could normally be uncomfortable.
They have been tried and tested in our house and gardens and we have not been able
to break them!! We really have tried to...therefore they are very durable too.
Some of the designs have been made using GLOW IN THE DARK clay which is wonderful when the nights get darker and you drop the hook on the floor or it decides to hide in the bottom of your crafting bag! These always get the wow factor and a guaranteed smile.

I can put numbers or letters in the hooks for UK or USA hook sizes...just ask :-)
