As you may know The A Pony Called Steve Collection was born out of love and fun and good times and great ideas. If you don't know our overall inspiration feel free to have a sneak at our other products for a wee read. This product in particular was made because of customers letting us know they kept buying the soaps and couldn't bring themselves to open and use them. We were flattered of course, but also wanted the great soaps to be used! The packaging is gorgeous, yes, but the soap is too!
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Want our gorgeous soaps for yourself and know you're going to just rip off the packaging straight away to make the most of it? Ace, this is the way to do it.
Our beautifully packaged soap are amazing and gorgeous and we love them so much, but sometimes you don't want the package, you just want the goodness inside. We made some 70g versions, the perfect size to hold in your hand in the shower, in all the same wonderful scents.
This soap smells like English Rain, a fresh aquatic blend of lily of the valley, gardenia, raindrops, mist and clean green countryside.
All soaps are hand made to order with love and care, we'll have it sent to you as soon as we possibly can.
These make the most gorgeous gifts. If they didn't smell so tempting and delicious they'd be too pretty to open! But open away, use the tasty soap and then get yourself another!
