Full description

This Rusty Metal Wall Clock has been made using a piece of metal washed up on one of the beautiful Norfolk beaches. The rusty patina has built up over time and gives the clock a really unique and natural look.

The metal was partially buried in the sand and was badly bent, but the rusty patina was shining in the sun, I saw the potential so had to take it home with me.

I turned it into a clock face by hammering the metal flat, cleaning it, and cutting to form the face. The metal was then mounted onto a piece of reclaimed plywood (which has been painted dark red). The metal is held in place with slot head bolts. Finally several layers of artists quality gloss spray varnish have been applied to enhance the clock and provide protection.

This is a one of a kind clock which looks great and will be a talking point.

There is a hook on the back, so this is ready to hang from your wall.

The clock has a quality quartz movement and takes 1 x AA Battery (included).
