You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns We are confident that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we would be happy to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on all goods (except made to order, personalised,custom items) provided that they are in their original, unopened and unused condition and returned within thirty days of your receipt of the goods. Please notify us in writing, within 7 days, at elmtreestudio@hotmail.co.uk before returning any goods to us. We recommend that you return items to us using either a Recorded Mail or Special Delivery service. Please retain your proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged during transit. Made to order items All personalised, custom and made to order items are non returnable unless deemed faulty/unfit for use. This does not affect your statutory rights

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
