I love the Wizard Of Oz. When I saw these glittery ribbons I just had to have them to make up these collars. Each one is named after characters from the film. They are stunning and look even better on!

Full description
This beautiful collar is suitable for all small breeds, including your teacup pup. It is made using a soft but strong polypropylene black webbing with plastic buckle and slider.
There is a nickel D-ring for you to attach a matching lead (also available)
The ribbon is a glitzy cotton polyester carefully sewn onto the webbing, with edges burnished to avoid fraying.
Width of collar is 3/8

X-Small (15cm - 23cm)
or Small (20cm - 36cm)
