Autumn is here, it’s colder already and it won’t be long before its snowing. The clip design is one I first created a while ago and its one of my favourites. It looks just perfect teamed with this gorgeous, soft, hand crocheted Aran wool scarf so I thought I would offer the two together.
The scarf is worked in Tunisian crochet which is a technique where the stitches are mounted on a special crochet hook for one row and then released on the following row. The light grey marl colour Aran wool mix yarn is lovely and soft and has super long fringing on each diagonal end. The scarf is machine washable. Generous length plus fringing.
The unique penguin clip is worked and painted with leather tools and dyes on hand cut vegetable tanned leather. It attaches easily through the crochet mesh and will keep the wearer really snug.
