I have been disabled since 2011 and whilst in recovery I have been teaching myself knitting, crochet and lots of other crafts. but I found the crochet hooks to be very boring.
I decided to make my own and then people have asked where I bought them and here I am...my own Folksy shop.
I get many compliments and they make a great cheap gift for someone crafty!!

CUSTOM ORDERS HAVE £1 EXTRA FEE PER HOOK AS I HAVE TO BUY SPECIFIC COLOURS OF CLAY ETC. My normal turnaround for orders is 2-3 days but please allow 7days during pre Christmas run up.
These crochet hook handles have been made by me in many different designs and colours and all have the size stamped into the base of the handle.
They are all unique and as such no two will be identical, they are in UK sizes
They are made from durable clay which is cool to touch in the summer and warm in the winter.
The slightly larger handles are great for people with Arthritis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, shaky hands through illness or medication where holding the hook could normally be uncomfortable.
They have been tried and tested in our house and gardens and we have not been able
to break them!! We really have tried to...therefore they are very durable too.
Some of the designs have been made using GLOW IN THE DARK clay which is wonderful when the nights get darker and you drop the hook on the floor or it decides to hide in the bottom of your crafting bag! These always get the "wow" factor and a guaranteed smile.

I can put numbers or letters in the hooks for UK or USA hook sizes...just ask :-)
