Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Resin pendant with the silhouette of a bird on a branch embedded and purple and teal sprinkles, on a snake chain. The bird is made from very thin plastic vinyl so unlike printed paper the colour is consistent from all angles.
The pendant is on a silver plated bail and hung on a 16" silver plated snake chain. If you’d like it to be made in sterling silver (bail and chain) instead just message me and I upgrade them for £4 extra.
All payments are through paypal but if you wish to pay by another means or wish to collect the item instead of me posting it just message me and we can sort something out.
Custom orders are more than welcome too – if you would like something personalised or have an idea for an item you’d like again just message me and we can chat!
I try to post items out the day after you order. All UK orders are sent first class post, and all international orders with airmail. If you’d like to upgrade shipping to include insurance let me know and I’ll get a cost to you.
As the pendant is made from hand poured resin there may be slight variations or imperfections (small bubbles etc) and pendant may vary slightly to the photo shown due to the hand-making process.
