I really love these bags, I saw them on the internet a few years ago and decided to make some for members of my family as presents. They liked them so much and my daughter used hers for years so this year I decided to make her a new one. My grandson helped me fold up all the paper and connect it into rounds and we found we had done so much of it that I had enough left over to make some more bags.

Full description

This bag is made out of recycled newspaper that has been covered with clear sticky tape and then cut and folded and connected together. The lilac top of the bag is made out of metallic wrapping paper. The bag is closed by a zip across the top. On the front there is a pretty lilac rose cabochon to give it that extra touch.

The bag measures approx 12 inches by 6 inches.

These bags are very durable as long as you don't immerse them in water. I made a similar bag for my daughter a few years ago and she used it daily as her normal handbag for about two years.
