So this lovely piece was inspired by the few sunny days we had thissummer, in order that even in the depths of winter, some lucky person could feel the warm rays and the bright joyful colours of summer.

This stunning sunburst is an embroidered panel made that uses unwanted scraps of fabric which would otherwise have been destined for the bin, working them as applique to create the image. Hours of delicate embroidery was worked over this to embellish the piece, which comes as is, ready for you to frame. The piece measures aprox 23cm square and would be a beautiful addition to any home. It really does feel like a little piece of captured sun and as is so often the case at The Phoenix Green Store, there is only one. Utterly unique and joyful to look at, this could become the talking point of any room.
