You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

Buyers may cancel and order and receive a refund from the make within seven days after receipt of the item, provided that the item has not been used and is returned in it's original condition. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons unless faulty. Custom made or personalised items are generally not returnable, but the buyer should first contact the seller to see if a return is possible. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made. This return can either be for a full refund or repair of the damaged item. Refunds are only possible after the item is returned. Please note normal or excessive wear and tear (particularly in the case of jewellery) are not considered faults.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
