Full description
This handmade journal was made from vintage chic light weight cotton linen fabric with images of Paris, postcards, stamps and buttons printed on it. On the front of the journal I have hand stitched eleven natural shell buttons to the fabric. I hand stitched the nine signatures together using natural hemp twine. The fabric has been glued to the grey boards. I also glued the two end papers to the board. The spine has been left exposed because I think it is a nice feature to this handmade journal.
Please note: There are irregularities with this handmade journal, the cutting and folding of the paper is not perfectly flush.
The journal would make an ideal gift for Christmas or a birthday. It is lovely to look at, but is also very useful and practical.
