Lucy's illustration 'The Journey' reproduced an A4 size (29.7 x 21 cm or 11.7 x 8.3 inches) ) art print on high quality glossy photo paper.
This beautiful narrative style illustration depicts three companions on a mountain range and is the perfect gift to lift someone's spirit. This image would create a fantastically eye catching feature in a room and is easy to frame or can simply be tacked straight onto a wall for instant effect. Great for kids and big kids alike!
How Lucy created this artwork:
1. Firstly the girl, wolf and bear on hillside were drawn free hand in pencil onto white paper. Then the mountains and house were drawn onto a separate sheet.
2. The pencil drawings were then traced by hand with a black fine-liner pen.
3. All the images were then scanned onto a computer and the black outlines refined.
5. The elements of the illustration were arranged together on the computer to create the final composition.
6. Color, texture and pattern were then added and the mist was created and overlaid.
SHIPPING - In order that this print can reach you in mint condition it will be sent in a plastic sleeve between two pieces of sturdy card in an A4 envelope, to ensure it does not get creased. It will be posted 1st class.
