We love colours, vintage patterns and fashion, especially from the 20s up to the 70s, so we try to incorporate them as much as we can in our creations. We like to look through antique markets and auctions mainly for little gems of the past, in this way also re-using and recycling materials. We also like to keep an eye for good quality contemporary materials which patterns show an influence from these eras. These aprons are made using designs and vintage fabrics inspired by the 1950s and they will bring some glamour to your housework.

Full description
This is a cute full apron made from lovely medium weight satin cotton. The fabric is a floral vintage material, featuring yellow sunflowers and foliage in various shades of yellows and greens over a pale orange background. The design is inspired by the fashion of the 1950s, having a full skirt, a wide waist-band in an orange tweedy fabric with pockets made in a combination of the two materials. The top has also been shaped in a sweetheart neckline. All these features give the apron a lovely retro shape when on.
It is ideal to wear when you fancy doing some housework in style and especially recommended for hosting parties.
It can be machine-washed at 30C (we would recommend to wash separately the first time).

By that we mean that they are 2nd-hand, as opposed to new, although we do not sell anything that we do not consider to be in good condition.
