A sweet and delicate bird bracelet in a vintage style, with blue beads, brass links and a pretty little brass charm depicting a brass bird in flight.
The lovely blue glass beads in this bracelet have been in my collection for a while. They have a pretty turquoise blue background overlaid with pink and cream roses and green leaves. Although not vintage in origin, they have a sweet vintage appeal, like something your gran might have owned!
I have used brass or brass plated findings throughout the piece, including little filigree bead caps and a beautiful ornate toggle clasp. The antique brass finish completes the vintage feel.
The finishing touch to this sweet bracelet is provided by a little brass bird charm which dangles from the closure. This inspired the name of this bracelet, 'Bluebird'. As in the song 'There'll be bluebirds over the white cliffs of Dover', I like to think of this little birdie winging her way to a beautiful faraway place!
The beads are handwired using Vintaj brass pins, which are 100% brass.
The total length of the bracelet is 18cm (7.1 inches). The bird charm dangles down 17mm (0.7 inch).
Your bracelet will be sent to you by first class Royal Mail post. It will be presented in a gift box and securely packaged.
