You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE * DELIVERY AND SHIPPING I aim to ship your orders within 3 days of payment. Orders within the UK will be shipped using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, and will have to be signed for on delivery. Overseas orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail International Signed For, and will also need to be signed for before delivery. For non-UK customers, the buyer will be responsible for any local taxes or charges due. Custom orders will take longer, so, please refer to the individual item. * RETURNS/REFUNDS I am dedicated to your total satisfaction; however, if you are unsatisfied with your item, you are entitled to cancel your order and return it unused and in the original packaging within 7 working days for a full refund. Please note however that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Your refund will be processed within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost of return, and risk of loss or damage when returning goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when faulty goods are received, then you have up to six months after receipt of the goods to return them. *CUSTOM ORDERS AND COMMISSIONS Cancellations and returns do not affect custom orders and commissions except they are faulty. * CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY Fine silver will tarnish over time when exposed to the elements. Copper and bronze also will tarnish over time. Bearing this is mind, all my pieces are given a protective coating to keep their respective finish for longer. Please refer to the care card that comes with your jewellery for full details. These terms may change at any time, so please always check them whenever you visit my shop. Thank you.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
