You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

jewellery must be treated with care and respect. if the jewellery is worn with love and respect it will last well. if this is not the case, it can be returned to me within two years of purchase for free repairs; buyer being responsible for return postage costs to myself. if the buyer wishes to return the items within 7 days of receipt, they may do so, being responsible for return postage. they may exchange goods for store credit, unless item is faulty in which case they will receive a full refund. For any other queries, do not hesitate to contact me via folksy.

Full description
a beautiful handmade pendant is suspended from hand wired czech glass beads and three strands of hand dyed ribbon in beautiful shades of teal, aqua and turquoise. a tiny white patinated brass bird hangs in front of the swirling ceramic pendant next to a red quartz briolette - red in name but in actual fact a deep pink tone. a tactile and easy-to-wear piece.
