If I have overcharged postage and packaging I will refund the excess. My cards all weigh differently and it is difficult to estimate especially if more than one item. For multiple cards I may need to ask for additional payment of postage
I use 1st class postage for large letters and 2nd class for small parcel post for uk orders. If you would prefer 2nd class to save on postage just let me know and I will refund the difference
For postage abroad I use standard mail.
For large orders I prefer to track them.
Cards will be shipped in a padded envelope or a box depending on the size.

Full description
This is a wipe clean board measuring 15x21cm (6x8in) with a hanger so you can fix it to your wall. It is handy for jotting down things you need to remember and simply use a soft cloth to wipe clean. I have put a decoupage cute girl holding a butterfly in the corner and can add a name in gold letters if required. A special pen is provided and instructions on how to look after your board
