I love old paper, especially maps, and am really drawn to how beautiful it looks with the light coming through, hence the idea for these lights was born!

Full description
These are a lovely set of 10 fairy lights which have been made from the pages of a rescued, recycled London A-Z book. The lights glow beautifully behind the paper casings, which have been cut out and stitched together, showing the map images on the front and the road listings on the back .
The lights used are LEDs, so they give out no heat and are battery operated which means they can be displayed anywhere, no need to be close to a socket! (They require 2x AA batteries).
They arrive packaged in a lovely box, tied up with ribbon and a label, as seen in the photo.
Please note: The fairy lights you receive may not be the exact set in the picture, but they will be equally lovely!
