Full description
Black and pink swallow with pink flowers. This is the "LOVE" swallow! He has a little heart on his tail! The background is an off white colour to look like old tattoo flash.
I drew this design on 300gsm watercolour postcard paper (A6), so the back is blank and lined for your own message. Or why not just keep it as a piece of art?
I could paint swallows all day. They have a special meaning to me.
Sailors traditionally got tattoos of swallows because if anything bad happened to them on a voyage, and they drowned, the swallow would lift their soul from the sea and return it to their family.
