Full description
A lovely solid wooden 'mini' keepsake box, painted a zingy yellow and featuring decoupaged water & ink illustrations of zoo animals, including a giraffe, lion, tiger, monkey and crocodile. This inside is lined with stripey rainbow fabric.
It would make a lovely present for a child that could be filled with goodies or treats and can then be used to stash trinkets, small toys, hair accessories, crafty bits or sweets etc.
Box details:
Varnished on the exterior and wax-sealed inside.

The unpainted box was sourced from a UK-based family business and is of a really high quality. Made of solid lime and birch, it features hidden hinges and lovely dove-tailed joints.
