I love flowers and grow as many as I can in my garden, I wanted to show my love by embedding them into silk paper and making them into a heart I can hang in my house:)

Full description
silk paper hearts embedded with flowers picked from my garden and flax layered into the silk fibres. Silk paper has a delicate look but is a tough material, if you hang these in a window you can see the fibre construction.
The hearts are embellished with hand - sewn stitches and buttons and are approx 3x3.5 inches.
Please note there are two designs: Feverfew or Forget-Me-Not.
The hearts are reversible, as they have old botanical text and illustrations collaged on the back.
