Made To Order.
Handmade Mosaic wall plaque, made to my own design incorporating fish, starfish and crab.
Great for a bathroom, or any room.
The one pictured above is now sold, but I can recreate one very similar on request, which will take approx. 7-10 days.
The base is a solid durable material, (Corian), that is happily at home in damp conditions and will not take on moisture like many mdf or wooden bases.
Made with a mixture of stained glass and vitreous glass, some of which is iridescent, each piece has been hand cut and placed with tweezers.
I have used grey grout on the water and fish area of the mosaic, and a softer cream colour on the 'sandy' section which helps to add to the sea bed effect, and shows up the crab details. The 'water' is a mix of aqua and mid to dark blue glass with gold coloured streaks.
A keyhole shaped hanger has been routered on the reverse so it is ready to hang on a screw.

It measures approx. : 4 1/2'' x 11 1/2'' (11.5cm x 29 cm)
