I love making things from 'nothing' and giving them a new life. These dream time pocket sachets were inspired by my partner who has a hard time sleeping - and he doesn't like lavender!! so I researched what other herbs and essential oils you can use....sweet dreams

what’s inside? dried herbs: hops, lemon balm & catnip, quassia chips infused with essential oils: roman chamomile, marjoram, lavender & mandarin.
