I love the process of dyeing aluminium. Each piece is unique because it's impossible to achieve the same result each time you dye the metal.

Full description
This sweet little bird is made from aluminium which I have coloured and then sealed so that the dye becomes a permanent part of the metal. I then saw pierce the bird and heart shape by hand and slightly dome it. The bird and heart measures 25mm x 21mm.
The 16" chain and jump rings are all hallmarked sterling silver.
