Full description
Two vintage wind-up watches (which had been abandoned because they no longer worked) have been given another chance to be admired as part of this unusual bracelet. One of the watches is without its glass and face and has become a miniature display case for the beautiful mechanical brass-coloured movement. Also featured is a rescued quartz watch which has been given a new battery - and a new life.
I have added a little silver metal yacht with red sails for when you have a chance to day-dream!
I would like to stress that neither of the fabulous wind-up watches work but they certainly exude character and charm - despite having imperfections to their glass and cases. I like to think of these as the equivalent of age spots and wrinkles!
The bracelet measures approx 7.5” and fastens with a silver plated lobster trigger clasp.
