My chicken doorstops were designed after frustrations with a commercial pattern - it was just too time consuming for me to make! I was determined to make myself a chicken shaped doorstop though and over several weeks (and many, many, many designs) I came up with this final design. A few tweaks later and I had my finished doorstop. Friends liked them and I was persuaded to sell them - the rest is history :)

Full description
Here we have a smaller version of the doorstop chicken - a pincushion chicken! This one is made from funky striped 'deckchair' fabric (hence his name!) and comes ready stuffed with rice for instant use! He comes with bright felt details and small button eyes. He measures 8 cm tall (3 and a half in) and 8 and a half cm (3 and a half in) wide.
Alternatively the chicken can be used as a paperweight/decoration. The fifth photograph shows the packaging your chicken will come in. Ignore the fact that it's Florence chicken - she likes to be in every photo!
Keep checking back as more paperweight chickens will be putting in an appearance soon! I also have a HUGE range of fabrics - if you would like a particular chicken then get in touch and I'll see what I can do!
