It's looking like spring and I am full of the spirit of Cath Kidston.
I remembered the other day about when my lovely Granny showed me how to make these little flowers from scraps of cotton material so I thought I'd have a go and see if I was any better at it now than I was when I was 8. They turned out decidedly less wonky and rather pretty, so here's one on a metallic blue hairclip to celebrate spring.
Flower measures 3" across and approx 4.5" from the tip of a petal to the end of the clip. Finished with buttons from Granny's button box.
